Wills
Requirements of a will in Minnesota:

  1. In writing
  2. Signed by the author (author must be at least 18 years of age and of sound mind).
  3. Witnessed by two competent witnesses adults (witnesses, like the author, must also be at least 18 years of age and of sound mind)

Property rights
